David has extensive experience in the finance industry gained from positions held with a variety of lending institutions. His major strengths are an in depth knowledge of housing/development finance and a proven track record in sales and relationship management.
He has been a mortgage broker for almost 20 years in the Brisbane area and provides a professional service to all his clients ensuring the home loan process is as "hassle free" as possible.

Being self-employed and not having our tax returns up to date we were told by our bank manager we did not qualify for a home loan. Peter enjoys working in the Mortgage Industry and assisting his clients in buying their own homes and investment properties. He worked at the CBA for 17 years and then decided to further his career in the in Mortgage Brokering Industry, which he has been doing now for the last 20 years. He has a friendly, genuine manner and great communication skills which has enabled him to achieve significant success and recognition. This is evidenced in him being awarded the status of a Diamond Broker with CBA. In his extensive career he has written and settled well in excess of $450 million in residential and investment Loans.
On a personal note he is happily married with four children and enjoys playing Aussie Rules, bush walking and spending time with his family.
